Team Spirit parted ways with their offlaner Andrey «Ghostik» Kadyk, who has defended the colors of the organization since October 24, when Positive Guys became the part of Team Spirit.

Ruslana Berest, the manager of Dota 2 roster commented the changes:

“Andrey certainly made a great contribution to the development of our team and the achievement of great results. But, unfortunately, there was the difference in views about the training process, understanding of the game and further development paths. It became more bad than good. I can’t say that there were some direct conflicts, but the views on the processes within the team were divided. Our players are young, so positive atmosphere and faith in each other are the key factors for them. The lack of these things is the reason for the change. Whatever it was I want to thank Andrey for his professionalism and wish him good luck in his future career.“

Despite these changes, Team Spirit will participate at WePlay! Bukovel Minor 2020. Alexey «nongrata» Vasilyev, who is well-known in the CIS region for his play in Winstrike & FlyToMoon, will stand in for the tournament. Alexey has already started training with the team for the upcoming Minor, the results of which will decide his future in Team Spirit.
