Hi guys,
Here is the newest update from Valve (Source: http://www.dota2.com/news/updates/41002)
"In the first 30 hours since recalibration, the matchmaker was overly sensitive on wins and losses and it resulted in players calibrating with bigger gains and losses than intended. We are processing all matches again and will be correcting the rank gains and losses throughout the day. Medals will be appear as undefined for a bit during this process."
This update affects our Re-Calibration Service and some of customers that we are going to calibrate their MMR today (the 3rd day of new season). Currently the new ranking system is not stable, then our solution for this case is:
- We would like pause customers's orders in 8-12 hours to wait for changes in new patch, if there is no change, we will keep calibrating for customers. But from now on, there wont be any big gain in Medal after re-calibration (no more Divine 1 to Divine 5 or somethings like that)
- For the customers who ordered our Re-calibration Service without Instant Start option, we are very sorry that you have to wait longer because of this new update. But no worries, we are working very hard now to make it done for you as soon as we can.
- For all customers who ordered other services (MMR Boosting, Winrate, Cavern Crawl...), we are going to start boosting for you next 2 days when we have less load with re-calibration orders. Currently, re-calibration service is our priority.
For any question, feel free to ask us on live chat or via email.
Thanks & Regards,
